The Swiss FEGA project team was happy to officially launch the project with its Kick-Off Meeting, which took place remotely on 11 July 2024.
Coordinated by the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics (SIB), the project gathers key other Swiss partners: ETH Zürich - Scientific IT Services (SIS) and NEXUS Personalized Health Technologies groups, the Health 2030 Genome Center, the Swiss Data Science Center and Switch.
This was a fruitful meeting, detailing the project idea and work plan as well as discussing key milestones for the coming months, in order to be able to join the existing broader FEGA network in late 2024 and to deliver a live operational service ready to receive data in 2025.
