The SIB team from the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics was glad to host a workshop for the Swiss FEGA project, which gathered all project partners in Lausanne for two days (14-15 January 2025).
The workshop was focused on the technical interfaces between the different components of the Swiss FEGA node, including the Swiss FEGA submitter portal, the Swiss FEGA DAC platform and the backend FEGA software. It triggered in-depth discussion with practical hands-on sessions, followed by a delicious fondue shared in the old town of Lausanne!
