Owen Appleton, coordinator of the Swiss FEGA project, was invited to present in the ELIXIR All Hands Meeting in Lyon this week.
Owen gave a presentation as part of the plenary session focussing on ELIXIR’s infrastructure enabling science, where he showcased the federated solutions developed by SIB Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics / ELIXIR-CH for Human Data. This covers SIB contributions to the development of the Swiss FEGA node, but also to other initiatives such as GDI, EOSC-ENTRUST, CANDLE and UNCAN-Connect among others.
