SIB Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics will be happy to host the 2025 ELIXIR Federated Human Data (FHD) Community Day, as a joint event with the Human Data and Translational Research (HDTR) project meetings on 10-11 November 2025. This meeting is planned as a hybrid meeting, with the F2F component in Lausanne, Switzerland.
The meeting will include presentations, open discussions, break-out sessions and participant engagement with topics covering the FHD Community’s status including:
- FEGA Nodes-updates & expansion,
- FEGA metadata model developments,
- Federated learning for sensitive data,
- FHD alignment with other EU initiatives (e.g. GDI, 1+MG, EHDS, GoE etc.),
- HDTR projects progress from the current ELIXIR CoS funding cycle 2024-2026,
- FHD Community’s engagement on the upcoming funding cycle and the next ELIXIR HDTR Scientific Programme.
